Around 300 guests was our Lawrence Brotherhood on 30th April 2010 a culinary evening in the operetta Schönborner court motto "With momentum in the May welcome. in a lovingly decorated room was prepared for the parish of St. Phlippus and Jacobus in Heidenheim hot-cold buffet .
The moderator Frank Lehmann (known from radio and television on) accompanied the evening with humor and anecdotes . The performers Lisa Wedekind (soprano), Thomas Heyer (tenor) and Klaus Bernhard Roth (Pianist) have contributed to a "success momentum" in the first of May. 
addition to the support of the culinary operetta evening was our Commander of Mainz Norbert Berg, who unfortunately for health reasons, could only briefly present, and our Prior General Günter W. Fischer imagine the Order of St. Lawrence and comment on many volunteer projects, social our Order. 
Lothar Wirbelauer , who was responsible in particular for the dessert buffet , with self-made chocolates , various creams and exotic fruits . 
Norbert Luckas mainly had the warm and cold dishes prepared with ox stew, young pork in puff pastry, mashed potatoes, roast beef and cold cuts with smoked salmon, roast chicken breast and salads. 
wife Carol Kröhl delighted the guests with their elaborate carvings of fresh vegetables. Axel May, Claudia Black , Stephen Temple and Torsten Holdenried ünterstützten the onslaught on the warm-cold Buffet.
It was another successful performance our culinary sisters and brothers in which I hereby take this opportunity to their commitment sincerely
